Eastern has launched a new Service Portal!
Please log in to our website to access the Service Portal through the Welcome page. The Welcome page also provides details and Help Guides for common tasks, such as reporting claims, making payments, and submitting business.
When can I use the Service Portal's payment platform?
Accounts will transition to the new payment platform throughout 2024. If you currently have an open invoice, you can now use the payment platform. If not, you will be able to use it when you receive your first invoice/statement in 2024.
If you are unable to access the payment platform and have questions about your account's balance, please contact us at 1-855-533-3444, option #4 for policy premium-related payment questions, and option #6 for audit-related questions.
Please note, the Service Portal will list transactions from 2024-on. The website's Payment Center will archive your payment transactions that occurred prior to 2024.
If your policy was enrolled in AutoPay or Paperless Billing in 2023:
- As of December 28, 2023, your enrollment in these programs has expired.
- If you were enrolled in AutoPay and received an invoice dated December 2023, your payment will be automatically withdrawn as stated on your invoice.
- Your future payments will not be automatically processed until you enroll in AutoPay on the Service Portal.
- When you receive an invoice that is dated after 01/03/24, you can re-enroll in these programs through the Service Portal.
My policy is on the parallel pay® program. Do I need to do anything?
There is no immediate change to the parallel pay portal or its premium payment process. You may continue to access the parallel pay portal through the website's Payment Center.
I typically mail my payments--are there any changes for me?
Yes. Our lockbox addresses are changing in 2024. Each time you mail a payment, please refer to the associated invoice to ensure you are using the correct address.
